Will you help us through the permit process?
Yes, we'll apply together, and correspond with the city for any architectural deficiencies the city may have.
How long does the process usually take?
The process consists of two time frames, time spent by the homeowner to agree on a conceptual design, this can vary depending on the decisiveness of the client as well as the complexity of the deisgn. As well the time taken by us to finish the plans for the homeowner inculding full specs and details, this is a fixed timeframe (Usually not more than 2-3 weeks). Usually the entire process takes 6-8 weeks for a full design.
Are there any additional fees to consider?
There are permit fees by the city to consider. As well there are additional fees charged by their respective professional as required for permit submission such as septic designers, structural engineers, etc...
